SDR is a water based, advanced rust removal chemical technology for use on all grades of steel. SDR is an effective neutral pH product, making it safe to use and ensuring that there is no acidic reaction or corrosion issues with the metal at the surface. There will be no attack of Iron or steel on prolonged exposure to the standard working solution and can be used in the commissioning of new topsides/pipework/ systems/process vessels etc, as well as during maintenance scopes where rust needs to be removed and time is of the essence.
